Senior Living Options

Most people want to stay in their homes as long as possible. We understand this desire and work with the families to make that happen in ways that help ensure the individual’s safety and well-being. If it’s determined that living at home is not an option, we can work with you to find a senior living option that supports your or a loved one’s needs.

Home Modifications

For those who may simply need some home design adjustments to live safely, we’ll put you in touch with the appropriate professional, who can discuss your specific needs and recommend a plan to aid independence and safety. This may include such things as ramps, hand railings at stairways, grab bars in the bathroom and walk-in tubs.

Home Care

For those who may need a little more assistance with the activities of daily living, a home care professional may be the answer. These caregivers can provide help with bathing, dressing, medication management and even help with cooking and grocery shopping. If there are more serious medical issues which necessitate more skilled help, we can bring the appropriate care into the home or recommend alternative living environments as needed.

Senior Living Communities

Isolation is one of the most dangerous aspects of growing older as it can lead to depression, cognitive decline, and even abuse. Even if a senior can still live safely in their own home, being surrounded by people who share their interests and challenges may be a more healthful environment. There are times when a move becomes inevitable if care needs cannot be met at home.  We can help find assisted living communities that best meet the individual’s needs. If round-the-clock health monitoring is required, a Skilled Nursing facility offers medical assistance while still providing activities and opportunities for socializing.
